Connect TaxMeet to your AI assistant via MCP.
TaxMeet exposes your meeting notes, transcripts, tasks and client overviews through an MCP server. Claude, Langdock, Copilot Studio or ChatGPT can read them: only what you see in TaxMeet yourself, read-only, and every call is logged without content.
The server address
Enter the same address in every assistant. The first call opens your browser: you sign in with your TaxMeet account and approve read access once.
Server URL

What the assistant can read.
| You ask about | TaxMeet answers with |
|---|---|
| Finding meetings | Title, date, participants, client (Mandant), platform |
| One meeting | Summary, AI notes, participants, tasks, agent actions, file list, file note (Aktenvermerk) |
| The transcript | The segments, paged, filtered by word or time |
| Evidence across meetings | Exact passages with the meeting they come from |
| Tasks and deadlines | Open tasks across meetings, with deadlines as spoken |
| One client | Meetings, open tasks, pending actions, latest file notes, key passages |
Everything is read-only. Sending emails, creating appointments or filing to DATEV stays in the TaxMeet app with your approval.
The firm keeps the last word.
Each person connects their own assistant and sees only their own meetings and the ones shared within the firm. Owners and admins have two switches in the organization settings: external AI access for the whole firm (on by default) and whether assistants may read transcript text or only notes and summaries. Content goes to the provider you chose, under your contract with them, not ours. Decide this with your data protection officer.
Log and revocation.
Every call is logged with tool, meeting, outcome and duration, never with content. In TaxMeet under Settings → Connections you see which assistants are connected and revoke access with one click. Security reports to: info@nextintelligence.de.
